Warranty Registration

Thank you for purchasing a Mutoh printer or cutter. All Mutoh products are of the highest quality craftsmanship and are warranted against defects in materials and/or workmanship. All Mutoh printers are warranted for a period of six months to one year. The warranty covers the cost of parts and labor. Warranty begins from the date of purchase.

The following printer models will need to be activated on-site during the installation. Activating the printer also registers the printer.

PLEASE NOTE:

Mutoh inks and print head technology have been engineered to work in unison and have been tested to ensure consistent quality output. Use of ink supplied by a manufacture other than Mutoh may cause damage to the print heads and other ink related components used on Mutoh printers.
Damage caused by unauthorized ink is not covered by Mutoh's Warranty.
